Foosball: Available for play. Corn Hole: Available for play. Comfortable Sleeping: 16” Euro Pillow Top mattresses with 2.5” gel-infused memory foam on the King-sized beds. Layout: 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, with a large Game Room. Bedroom Details: Bedroom 1: King bed, 55” Smart TV, large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: King bed, 55” Smart TV. Bedroom 3: King bed, 55” Smart TV. Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Bunk beds, 55” Smart TV. Bedroom 5: Game Room with two twin-size beds and queen size blowup, pool and ping pong tables, 3 arcade games, foosball, and basketball/Pop-Shot. Kitchen & Appliances: 2 Refrigerators, Dish washer , and all new appliances. New large A/C unit to keep the home cool and enjoyable on those warm days. Entertainment: 5 big-screen TVs throughout, including a 65” TV in the living room. Backyard Oasis: BBQ, fire pit, corn hole area, hammock, swinging chair, and party lights with a large patio cover. Kitchen Essentials: Equipped with dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. Everything you need for a great cooking and dining experience! House Supplies: An initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent will be provided. Guest Access: You will have full access to the entire house during your stay. Please treat the home and neighbors with respect. Guest Policies: Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (including children). Exceeding this limit may result in cancellation without a refund. Please review the house rules for more details. Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed. Notify us in advance if bringing pets. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets as cleaners will not handle pet-related messes. Important Notices: Noise: Excessive noise or music is prohibited. Initial supplies of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities with detergent provided. Note: No spices, cooking oils/sprays, cling wraps, or pool floaties. Outdoor Music: Outdoor music systems are typically disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a small Bluetooth speaker. No music after 9 PM. Parking: Designated spaces in the garage and/or driveway. Wi-Fi & Cable TV: All rentals include high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs.
